Green Park’s retail park brings together a diverse mix of well-known brands, including JYSK, TEDi, kik, PittaRosso, ZOOCITY, Posteljina.hr, and Salus PHARMA.
STUDENAC has opened its largest “small-big” store in Varaždin County at our location, while Lonci & Poklopci by Bajde – specialists in premium cookware and kitchen accessories – have chosen Green Park as their first location in this part of Croatia.
Big Bang (formerly Sancta Domenica) is exclusively available at our site, offering a wide range of white goods, household appliances, computing, and electronics.

Green Park is a project rooted in responsible business practices:
- All rooftops and canopies are equipped with solar panels
- We maintain over 5,000 m² of green areas and landscaping
- No gas is used – our water and waste management systems follow top ecological standards
- We work actively with the local community, supporting the student cooperative “Kneginja” which promotes recycling, nature preservation, and education
