- Solar panels are installed on all rooftops and canopies, enabling Green Park to produce its own electricity
- Gas-free – high electricity usage reduces CO₂ emissions and ensures energy independence
- The eco car wash uses technologies that minimize the consumption of resources, water, and chemicals
- Waste is managed through systematic sorting and recycling, while wastewater is treated according to the highest ecological standards
- More than 5,000 m² of green areas create a pleasant and relaxing space, balancing architecture with nature
S – Sustainability
Green Park is designed to support the transition to a greener lifestyle:
- 28 ultra-fast chargers enable quick charging of all electric vehicle brands – no waiting, no compromise
- Parcel lockers and ATMs are available to minimize the need for additional travel and support the “all-in-one-place” concept
- A children’s playground is in the works to further strengthen our social role and enrich the daily experience of families visiting the complex
G – Governance & Community
Green Park works closely with the local community to foster a positive and sustainable impact:
- We support the student cooperative “Kneginja,” whose members develop projects in ecology, recycling, and environmental protection
